A proposed collection of 56 homes in Jumeirah Garden City, Al Satwa. The current project brief comprises studios and one-bedroom apartments in a G + 2P + 8-floor residential building.

The planned first launch under El Monte brings a boutique residential scale to an established part of central Dubai.

Distinctive, without excess.

Daylight moves through tall glazing and layers of sheer fabric. Curved seating softens the room’s architectural lines, while a branching chandelier introduces a delicate sculptural centrepiece. Framed wall panels, slender metallic accents and a restrained palette give the living spaces their composed character.

A softer end
to the day.

An upholstered headboard, full-height drapery and warm bedside light create an intimate setting for rest. Fluted detailing and framed artwork add depth without disturbing the room’s calm rhythm.

The bedroom palette brings together gentle greys, ivory and taupe—a quiet backdrop for the rituals that make a home personal.

03 / KITCHEN & DINING

Made for the everyday.
Composed for company.

Veined surfaces meet smooth, understated cabinetry. Concealed lighting draws a fine line along the splashback, while upholstered counter seating turns a practical space into somewhere to linger. The two visualisations explore different counter arrangements within the same cohesive design language.

Softness & structure

Upholstery and flowing curtains balance framed walls, clean joinery lines and tactile fluting.

Light in layers

Sculptural pendants, bedside lights and concealed illumination give each setting its own atmosphere.

A restrained palette

Ivory, taupe and stone-inspired textures are punctuated with champagne-metal tones and slim dark outlines.

04 / BATHROOM SANCTUARY

A pause, beautifully framed.

Warm stone-effect surfaces, a floating vanity and a generous mirror create a composed, hotel-inspired setting. A slim dark shower frame gives definition to the soft tonal palette, while concealed lighting adds a gentle warmth to the daily routine.

Emerald Residences is the current name. Earlier materials used Emerald Residency and Emerald Heights for the same project.

Development entity

Drafting records identify Gabani Legacy Real Estate Development LLC, commercial licence 1619174, as the development entity. El Monte is the proposed development brand. The final registered entity and marketing authority require documentary confirmation.

Programme & approvals

The brief contemplates a 24-month delivery programme, not a confirmed handover date. Earlier records describe registration as under process. Current registration, escrow activation, construction progress and approved amenities have not been independently confirmed.

Sales information

An approved public price list, payment plan, service-charge schedule and project brochure are not yet available here. Private negotiated transactions are not presented as public offers.
